Introduction

Welcome to toto171. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and toto171 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting services accessible at toto171.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on toto171, you must satisfy and continue to satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and must remain at or above this minimum age throughout the duration of your membership.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal entities are not permitted to hold accounts on the Platform.
3. You must not be accessing or using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, restricted, or requires a specific local licence that toto171 does not hold.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of toto171, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
5. You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform for breach of these Terms or any prior version thereof.
6. You must hold a valid Malaysian bank account, registered e-wallet (such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or GrabPay), or other supported payment method in your own name for the purpose of deposits and withdrawals.

Account Registration & KYC

You are permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the toto171 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. toto171 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of your registration details.

KYC Verification is mandatory before withdrawal requests will be processed. As part of KYC, you may be required to submit one or more of the following:

• A valid Malaysian government-issued photo identity document (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence)
• Proof of residential address — a utility bill (TNB, Syabas, Indah Water), bank statement, or official government correspondence, dated within three (3) months
• A live selfie photograph holding your identity document
• Evidence of ownership of the payment method used to fund your Account

toto171 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving complete documentation. We reserve the right to restrict Account functionality, including suspending withdrawal requests, until KYC verification is successfully completed. All KYC documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Terms of Use

By using the toto171 Platform, you agree to the following general conditions of use:

• You will access the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful purpose.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication credentials with any other person.
• You will immediately notify toto171 if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. toto171 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your Account prior to such notification.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves risk, and that you may lose the entirety of any funds deposited. You represent that participation in games and betting on toto171 is at your own financial risk and that you are acting voluntarily.
• You will use only payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and fund forfeiture.
• You will not use any software, bot, automated system, or artificial means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to interfere with the Platform's normal operation.
• toto171 operates on a real-money basis. Virtual credits cannot be exchanged for real-world currency outside the Platform's normal withdrawal process, and no winnings are guaranteed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the toto171 Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT. The availability of specific payment methods may vary.

Deposits: Minimum deposit amount is RM30. Deposits are processed in real time for most methods. toto171 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. toto171 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. toto171 aims to process standard withdrawal requests within the timeframes indicated in our FAQ; however, withdrawal times may be extended during periods of high demand or when additional verification is required.

• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• If a bonus has been credited to your Account, you must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before withdrawing any bonus-derived funds. Attempting to withdraw before rollover completion will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• toto171 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
• In the event of suspected fraud, money laundering, or suspicious activity, toto171 may freeze funds and report the matter to relevant authorities without prior notice to the Account holder.

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, toto171 may offer promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, birthday bonuses, and VIP tier benefits. All promotions are subject to the specific terms applicable to each offer, which are communicated at the time of the promotion.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms:

• Wagering / Rollover Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover multiplier") before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested. The applicable multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While bonus funds are active in your Account, a maximum single bet or wager restriction applies. The specific cap will be stated in the promotion terms; typically this falls within the range of RM250–RM500 per bet. Placing bets in excess of this cap while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game types contribute at different rates toward satisfying rollover requirements. Slots typically contribute at 100%; table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette typically contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Live sports betting contributions vary by market type.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry window within which rollover requirements must be completed. Unused bonuses and incomplete rollovers are forfeited upon expiry. Common expiry windows are 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of bonus credit.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotional offer may be claimed once per eligible Account unless otherwise stated. Attempts to claim a promotion multiple times via different accounts constitute a breach of these Terms.
• toto171 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to do so.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets, wagers, and gaming decisions made by a User are final once confirmed on the Platform. toto171 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and confirmed, except where toto171 determines that a manifest error has occurred (as defined below).

Manifest Errors: toto171 reserves the right to void any bet or gaming outcome that was accepted or settled as a result of a manifest error, including but not limited to: incorrect odds display, data feed errors, software malfunctions, or obvious pricing mistakes. In such cases, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. toto171 accepts no liability for losses arising from manifest errors.

Sports Betting: toto171 offers markets on domestic and international sports events including the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, UFC, tennis Grand Slams, and other scheduled events. All sports betting is subject to the specific rules of each market type. In-play betting markets close at the time indicated in the market interface or upon the occurrence of a qualifying event (e.g., full-time whistle).

Live Casino & Slots: All casino games on toto171 utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are operated by licensed live dealer studios. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by the Platform, toto171 staff, or any third party. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are indicative long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the toto171 Platform. Violation of any prohibition below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all Account balances:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or any other identity
• Using false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or automated scripts to interact with the Platform in any way, including to place bets, exploit promotions, or collect data
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or manifest errors knowingly and without reporting them to toto171 support
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, structuring, or any form of financial fraud through the Platform
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by local law
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account on your behalf
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using toto171 as a conduit for transferring funds between payment methods
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward toto171 staff or other users

Account Suspension & Termination

toto171 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request
• Provision of false or misleading information at any stage
• Reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder
• A lawful request by a regulatory authority, financial institution, or law enforcement body

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting toto171 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (less any amounts subject to investigation or pending compliance review) will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, toto171 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services.

toto171 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that the results of using the Platform will meet your expectations.

In no event shall toto171's total aggregate liability to any User, for all claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by that User during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the toto171 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, user interface, software code, game assets, written copy, and structural layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of toto171 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our express prior written consent.

Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, use, and protection of your personal data by toto171 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

We collect personal data as necessary to provide our Services, fulfil our KYC obligations, process financial transactions, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for independent marketing purposes.

Responsible Gambling

toto171 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and takes its duty of care to players seriously. Our Services are intended as a form of adult entertainment, not as a method of financial gain or a means of resolving personal financial difficulties.

• Self-Exclusion: You may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting our support team. Temporary exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, and 6 months are available. Permanent exclusions cannot be reversed.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications can be configured to remind you of the time elapsed during your gaming session.

Amendments

toto171 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by posting an updated version of this Agreement on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Agreement. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.

Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which toto171 is operated and licensed. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process may be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution body as notified to you at the time of complaint escalation.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
